Life Coach Lauren-Eli
I am a native of Russellville, Alabama, current resident of The Shoals. I am an advocate for self, mental health awareness, animal rights, truth, justice, human rights, equality, LGBTQ+ and many more platforms!I received my Batchelor's of the Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of North Alabama in 2013. During undergrad I was a member of on-campus groups such as Campus Outreach, and Alpha Delta Chi Christian Sorority. Recently I have been accepted into the 2024 graduate program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Alabama and received a scholarship for graduate school. My current focus is to graduate with my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and eventually work part time with Local Non-Profits, etc.

Animal Rights Activist
Lauren-Eli has always had a passion for animal rights and activism since she was a young child. She is a supporter of HASRA, Shoals Area Local Adoption/Rescue Non-Profit and also supports the ASPCA Non-Profit. She volunteered for local animal shelters while in the Undergrad program at UNA.

Lauren-Eli is diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, Massive Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Body Dysmorphia, and Anorexia (In remission!) She is in active therapy and visits her therapists and Psychiatrist on a monthly basis!

Lauren is a current counselor in training at the University of North Alabama graduate program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Expected to graduate with her masters in 2026 from UNA, Lauren-Eli is hoping to be licensed in multiple states, specialties, and even partner or work with local Non-Profit Agencies.

Music---serves as a form of motivation, self encouragement, understanding and peace for me in times of stress, joy, or learning. I turn to many genres and artists for the healing properties that music can provide in my own life. You can find a few of my favorite Musicians/Songwriters/Performers, Lo-Fi, and even my Spotify on my LinkTree (see main menu).

Self Growth/Awareness/Mindfulness Practices--Lauren-Eli is an empath, Certified Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, Astrologist, Enlightenment Enthusiast. She loves to read, listen to podcasts, audiobooks, and watch her favorite True Crime streamers on YouTube. She also watched the world news daily.

Cooking--- Lauren-Eli learned to cook from her mother who is a traditional Southern Momma Home Chef. Meatloaf, Casseroles, Garden Fresh Veggies, and always a yummy dessert were somethings my mother provided for us growing up. While my cooking skills are no where near hers, I try my best to apply what I have learned from her. I enjoy learning new recipes, trying Pinterest ideas, and even trying my hand at my Grandmother Nettie's pound cake and pie recipes.

Gaming/Streaming---Lauren Eli has been playing video games since she was a young child. She was introduced to World of Warcraft in college and has played the game since. A 18 year veteran of Warcraft, Lauren-Eli formed her own in game community called a "guild" in 2010.
​
Excelsior Ascension US World of Warcraft Guild was Founded by Lauren-Eli and is successfully ran and moderated by her and a dedicated team of Officers. It is a community of adults who enjoy gaming who get together weekly to socialize.
